We had an exhilarating weekend as we finally hosted our highly anticipated SENSES dinner! SENSES is a captivating series of gourmet dining events presented by CAFE, in collaboration with renowned celebrity chefs who share a deep passion for cannabis-infused cuisine. This extraordinary occasion showcased the culinary prowess of Karbs Catering, led by the dynamic husband-and-wife chef duo, Erica and Josh Karbelnik. Both of these exceptional celebrity chefs have previously graced the screens of CTV’s Top Chef Canada, with Erica emerging as the victorious Top Chef in Season 9. Additionally, our event welcomed the culinary expertise of Chef Patrick Newton, widely acclaimed for his innovative cannabis-infused creations. The opportunity to collaborate with these immensely talented chefs and curate an extraordinary cannabis-centric experience for our esteemed guests filled us with tremendous excitement.

Our SENSES dinner took place in downtown Toronto. The menu, created by the Karbelniks, included four courses: crispy feta phyllo bite, raw hamachi crudo, seared sea bass, and yogurt and lemon fig cake. The meal was paired with THC and CBD mocktails: lavender matcha latte, warm apple cider, and CBD berry refresher. The event was a delightful success, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
