Chef Carson MacDonald is a very talented young chef at the start of his professional career. Carson has completed his culinary studies at George Brown College, while also working at CAFE for many years. He has worked under the direction of many established chefs, including Chef Travis aka The Nomad Cook, at our past SENSES events.
Chef Carson is a true cannabis connoisseur, and takes a lot of time perfecting his infusions to create diverse experiential offerings for his guests. He runs his own company, offering private, in-home catering services that feature cannabis-infused cooking, as well as educational seminars and sessions for other chefs interested in exploring this exciting new direction in the culinary world.
